Consistency is key to success. With a fitness and health program the body must have the opportunity to adapt. Adaptation is what creates results. Without the opportunity to adapt, the body will take longer to change (or worse... won't change at all).
I see too many people who spend money on a gym membership, home equipment or personal training who simply don't have the consistency to see any changes or progression towards their goals. Which is unfortunate.
Today's weeks are filled with "to-do-lists", "kids sports or groups", "gatherings", "work" etc... We have to MAKE time for ourselves. Not let it come to us. We must MAKE the time in order to create the consistency needed to reach our goals.
