Kids Fitness


Our children are the heaviest and most sedentary age of children ever!  Derek's passion to teach kids how to be active, eat healthy and enjoy life creates a fun, non-intimidating atmosphere for children.  Individual sessions, group sessions, guest speaking, team building sessions... Anything to help our kids enjoy fitness and health and learn about their own body!

Derek has spoke to several groups in the Quinte area;  from weight loss groups to sports coaches, he can create a seminar/workshop for your group that will motivate, inform and inspire!  


Individual or small group Soccer Coaching


Derek offers one-on-one and small group soccer coaching services. Athletes who are in need of and seeking some extra individual attention, Derek can help them improve their skills and confidence in whatever weaker areas need improvement.
